MRS Roof Pros was founded out of an unexpected career path for the Owner and President Ashley Moss. 11 years ago, a part time job opened a door to an entirely new industry. Ashley found a love for the roofing industry and recognized the stark need for the female perspective. At MRS Roof Pros, we believe roofing is more than just a “roof “; it’s an opportunity to reimagine your home’s design, elevate its value, and protect what matters most- with style and precision.

Ashley Moss is the proud owner of MRS Roof Pros, a female led roofing company. What started as a need to help support her family led her to a part-time job with a roofing distributor. It was there she gained knowledge and experience in a before unknown to her industry. Spending time with customers, vendors, manufacturers, while creating and implementing the training programs for up-and-coming management teams, her love for the industry grew. After years of working behind the scenes to help others succeed at their dreams, she decided it was time to take a chance on herself. Painfully aware of the lack of the female perspective and presence in the roofing industry, she saw an opportunity to close this gap and create an innovative approach to the roofing process. Why not combine functionality with style? Why not utilize her years of experience and her own female flair to create a unique and stylized experience for every homeowner. With support from her husband, Josh, and the passion to create something new not only for herself, but for all the women in her life, MRS Roof Pros was born.
Ashley is married to the love of her life and best friend, Josh, the mother of six children and Gigi to five grandchildren, she loves traveling, puzzles and spending time with friends and family. She enjoys giving back and looks forward to how this new venture will provide unexpected ways to share her faith and help others.
Josh Moss, VP of Operations (also known as “the owner’s husband”), has an extensive background in roofing. Josh started at Cannon Supply in Greenville back in 1998 as a knuckle boom truck driver, he took every opportunity to work hard and move his way up. His passion for customer service and his strong work ethic, soon had him not only managing the Greenville location, but also running that location’s roofing and siding installation business. He continued to excel, leading entire regions with a national distributor before retiring. That didn’t last long before he was drafted into the family business.
Josh brings expertise and knowledge about all facets of roofing. His intimate understanding of roofing products and procedures, helps him educate each and every homeowner on how to choose the right roof for their unique home and needs. Josh prides himself on being detail-oriented, providing top notch customer service while still understanding the value of every dollar. He will treat your home like it is his. He is dedicated and driven to providing each and every homeowner an exceptional experience.
Along with helping customers, Josh also loves golf, travel, family time and being involved with his church and his community. Josh enjoys being “OG” to his five grandchildren, Dad to his six children and husband and best friend to his wife, Ashley. Josh is looking forward to supporting his wife as she pursues her dream.
Steven Wood brings a dynamic blend of design expertise, business insight and energetic creativity to MRS Roof Pros. A proud Clemson graduate, Steven began his career in retail management before transitioning into wholesale sales throughout North and South Carolina in the gifts and interiors market. His eye for detail and deep understanding of consumer style trends, quickly set him apart in the industry. As the former owner of Me and Me Designs Steven honed his signature approach to interior design- mixing functionality with inspired creativity and a flair for the unexpected. His ability to transform spaces with personality and purpose continues to influence his work today.
At MRS Roof Pros, Steven elevates residential and commercial spaces through thoughtful interior design, staging and styling. Whether he’s reinventing a room, curating décor, or collaborating on a full home transformation, Steven’s passion for design always shines through.
When not working, Steven loves shopping for unique items, hosting and spending time with friends, and expressing his creative side.
